Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Rockeagle Group ("Rockeagle," "we," "us," or "our") is a parent company and strategic advisory platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit rockeaglegroup.com (the "Site"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at legal@rockeaglegroup.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. The Site has no accounts or newsletter sign-ups. You can share personal information with us directly in two ways: by emailing us, or through the contact form. The form asks for your name, organization, email address, an optional phone number, the practice your enquiry concerns, and your message. The form is delivered to our mailbox through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and includes a hidden spam-trap field that helps block automated submissions. We do not store form submissions anywhere else.
Information collected automatically. The Site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes limited technical data to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We review aggregate traffic statistics provided by Cloudflare to understand how the Site is used; those statistics do not identify individual visitors, and the Site sets no cookies of its own.
What we do not collect. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect information from children.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- Respond to enquiries and emails you send us; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Site and our email — for example, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our form-delivery service (FormSubmit), and our email provider (Microsoft) — process information on our behalf and only as instructed by us.
- Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, visitors, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, then delete or archive it when it is no longer needed. Technical logs retained by our hosting provider are subject to that provider's own retention practices.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our care, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information:
- California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- European Economic Area and UK visitors (under the GDPR/UK GDPR) have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Our lawful bases for processing are our legitimate interests in operating the Site and responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws grant similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of sales or targeted advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@rockeaglegroup.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Rockeagle Pictures. This policy does not apply to those sites; their own privacy policies govern your use of them.
10. Do Not Track
Because the Site uses no tracking technologies, there is nothing to disable in response to Do Not Track signals.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
